Food Review

Jess Ansell from Eating East recently sampled contemporary Filipino cuisine and she wrote a wonderful review about her LUZON experience.

Some of the dishes that stood out for her are the Humba Pork Belly, Inasal Wings and Filipino Scotch Eggs. She added, “…LUZON have created the perfect way to try so many flavours and ingredients from the Philippines, served in a modern and engaging form…”

Bulalo Like Never Before

Think you know bulalo?  Think again.

Bone marrow broth, or known as bulalo in the Philippines, is a classic Filipino favourite all-year round. Its density and texture have divided its slurpers for health reasons. Well, not anymore.
