Media and entertainment global giant Mashable has declared in their food trend forecast for 2016 that Filipino food is in their Top 3. Written by Sarah Spigelman Richter, she enthused that Philippine cuisine is going to spark new interest among the dining crowd and added that there is a big dessert culture too. Included in the list are seaweed and chef-delivered meals among others.

Zoe Perret of Good Things Magazine recently wrote an article discussing the emergence of Filipino cuisine. In it, LUZON was featured alongside other Filipino restaurants in London. Not only that, The Luxury Cuisine and Travel Magazine boldly predicted that Filipino food is one of the top food trends to follow in 2016 – “..bolder cuisine to keep an eye out for..”
