Restaurant Review from Being Blonde

Steph of Being Blonde wrote a review of LUZON when we held our pop-up at The Generator Hostel in Russell Square. Recently concluded from August until October, she sampled some of our dishes prepared by Chef Patron Rex De Guzman. She has described our Arroz Caldo Risotto as “..chicken congee bursting with dreamy garlic, ginger and lemon flavours..” and our Inihaw Na Seabass as, “..juicy, tender and falling apart just the way this popular table fish should be served..” Read the rest of the story here.

Restaurant Review from Crummbs

Stacey and Chris from Crummbs recently wrote a review about LUZON. In the article, they wrote that the standout meal for them was the Inihaw Na Seabass, which was, and we quote, “”cooked to perfection.” Other dishes they’ve tried such as Arroz Caldo Risotto, Beef Kare-Kare and Pandan Ice Cream were “soft and moist”, “delicious” and “refreshing”. We are now down to the last two days operating at The Generator Hostel. It has been absolutely our pleasure being the pioneer of contemporary Filipino cuisine in bustling Russell Square under the amazing leadership of Chef Patron Rex De Guzman. All our tables for Thursday the 29th of October are fully booked already so grab the remaining tables for Friday the 30th and sample modern Filipino food in Central London.
